‘KCR’s family are Thackareys of Hyderabad’

The BC welfare minister, Mr M. Mukesh Goud on Tuesday labelled Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) chief, Mr K. Chandrasekhar Rao, and his family members the “Thackareys of Hyderabad”.

Going by the TRS’s threats, the minister said it was doubtful if people from other regions would be allowed to live in the city (should it become part pf a new state of Telangana).

He wondered who would be left in the city if 40 per cent of people from Andhra and Rayalaseema and 20 per cent from other states went away. “It will be a blow to locals,” he said.
