Story

Venkataramana (Venkatesh) is a age barred bachelor. He is a ventriloquist who is waiting for his dram girl to enter his life. Venky goes to France as part of a cultural troupe to give a stage performance. The program has been arranged by Paris Prasad (Brahmanandam).

Pooja (Trisha) a relative of Prasad stays with him. Venky falls in love with Pooja at first sight and is convinced that she is indeed his dream girl. Prasad asks Pooja to keep Venky under the impression that she too is in love with him. The farce continues for some time and Pooja and Prasad enjoy the drama.

However the god fearing and good natured Venky believes that Pooja too is in love with him. Back home Pooja's maternal uncle Mukesh Rushi and his father-in-law Jayaprakash Reddy hatch a plan to get Pooja married forcibly to Subbaraju, son of Mukehs Rushi so that they can usurp all her property.

Prasad comes to India for the marriage. He continues to make Venky believe that Pooja is still in love with him. Even when Pooja wants to revela the truth to Venky, Prasad stops her form telling the truth.

There is a twist in the tale as Pooja is actually in love with Aakash and wants to elope with him. Prasad uses Venky as a pawn and with his help, manages to get Pooja out of the house and takes her to Aakash who is waiting at the airport with flight tickets to fly away to Europe. Will Venky learn about the truth and if so how he will react. Who will Pooja finally marry.Aakash or Venky? This is the suspense element in the film.

Performance

Venky plays out his part as a aged bachelor with ease. This is in a way a continuation of his role from "Aduvari Matalaku Aradale Verule" Movie.

Trisha is okay but the chemistry that she shared with Venky in
"Aduvari Matalaku Aradale Verule" is missing this time.

Brahmanadam tries hard to make the audience laugh but he succeeded only partly as most of his comedy has been seen many times before. Mukesh Rushi, Jayaprakash Reddy, Dharmavarapu, Kota, Telangana Shakunthala, Ali and others are seen once again in routine roles.
