Ministry sources said the Lashkar had procured at least 50 paragliding units from Europe as part of its plot. These had been sourced to help monitor India's security apparatus from the skies. The terror warning follows another alert by the ministry on Thursday that the Lashkar, along with Al Qaida, was planning to hijack Air India flights in the Saarc region.
